How long we keep information:

We only collect and use personal information for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, and for communicating with customers about their current orders. We retain this information only as long as necessary to complete the order and to meet any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Any 3D files provided or created for an order are permanently deleted once the customer has received their order and confirmed they are satisfied. We do not currently use customer information for marketing purposes; if this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and seek appropriate consent where required.
