At Print To Create 3D, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order 3D printed products. Due to the custom nature of our items, we ask that you carefully read our refund policy before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All of our products are made to order and often customised. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from cancellation and return rights once production has started. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect order details provided by the customer

Delays within the stated turnaround window (2–8 weeks)

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We may offer:

A refund, depending on the circumstances
To process your claim, we may request photographs of the item and packaging.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery.

The issue must be related to a manufacturing fault or damage in transit.

The item must not have been modified or used improperly.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the issue appears to be due to misuse, unauthorised alterations, failure to follow safety/use instructions or failure to pay the appropriate customs/tariffs fees upon receipt of your order.

Priority Service Fee
The £25 priority service fee is non-refundable once production has begun, even if there are delays beyond our control. This fee only ensures prioritisation in our production queue, not guaranteed delivery by a specific date.

Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is estimated at 2 to 16 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees and it varies depending on the size of your order. Refunds will not be issued for orders still in production within this window unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Pricing Errors
While we strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, occasional errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered:

We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the mistake.

You will be given the option to:

Proceed with the order at the correct price, or

Cancel the order for a full refund.

If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable — for example, an item listed at a significantly lower price than intended (e.g., £0.01 instead of £25) — and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with incorrectly priced items, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. Any payments taken will be refunded in full.

Safety Disclaimer
Our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under 12. We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from misuse. Refunds will not be issued for safety-related incidents due to improper handling or ignoring age guidance.
